Design inspiration:
The design of this Thangka card combines the core wisdom of Taoism of “saving the suffering” and “harmony of Yin and Yang”.
On the front, it respectfully depicts Taiyi, the Heavenly Lord of Salvation, derived from the Taoist classic “The Great Upper Cave Xuanlingbao Sutra of Salvation and Sin Relief”. The Heavenly Lord is riding a nine-headed lion, symbolizing the compassionate vow power of “responding to the cries of the suffering and responding to all requests”. In traditional culture, it is believed that the wearer can receive this protection, dispel disasters and stay away from suffering.
The Tai Chi Eight Trigrams pattern on the back is derived from the I Ching. The black and white Pisces embrace to protect the balance of Yin and Yang, and the eight trigrams surround to facilitate the flow of the five elements’ energy; In traditional culture, it is believed to harmonize one’s aura and stabilize one’s fortune.
Wearing scenarios:
- Travel: Gather good fortune through the circulation of cloud energy, strengthen the protective magnetic field, and help you turn danger into safety during your journey
- Medical visits: Relying on the power of “seeking out the voice to save the suffering”, harmonize the energy of the body and mind, and pray for a speedy recovery
- Weak constitution: Superimposing the dual energy of the Heavenly Lord and Tai Chi to form a strong guardian, ensuring a stable and smooth year of the Horse
